Mercedes SL

The Mercedes SL is well-known for its high-performance capabilities and has a strong rally heritage.  The ECC conversion maintains the luxury of the original and pairs this with a relaxed, smooth ride.

The 5l V8 has been replaced with twin Hyper 9 motors.  The original gearbox was unfit to deal with the additional torque of the electric motor and was replaced by a Mazda MX5 gearbox. At 53kWh the battery pack gives 180 miles range while still maintaining a hefty-sized boot.
